The flexible filler is filled in the reserved inverted groove at the top of the peripheral seam. It must be tightly adhered and bulge upward in an arc shape to better adapt to the deformation of the panel. Before constructing the flexible filler, use a wire brush to remove the milky skin on the concrete surface at the joint between the flexible filler and the concrete, then rinse it with a high-pressure water gun and let it air dry before use.
Use a steel bar trolley to prepare the flexible filler for construction. Flexible fillers, anti-seepage cover plates, electroplated angle steel and electroplated expansion bolts are transported to the corresponding construction site.
For caulking treatment, use a steel brush to clean both sides of the reserved tank, and then rinse the inside and outside of the tank with water to remove the gray sand on the joint surface. After the tank is cleaned, let it dry naturally.
For flexible filler caulking, use adhesive to paint the inside and outside walls of the groove evenly. The outer wall should be painted wider accordingly, and the paint must not be missed. After the adhesive is brushed and dried, and it feels almost dry, first place a stick at the bottom of the groove along the direction of the groove. Then cut the flexible filler evenly into strips and press them into the groove, and pile them up on the outer wall according to the arc shape required by the design. Finally, beat it tightly with your hands, and the inlay must be dense. After the flexible filler is embedded, the anti-seepage cover plate must be covered in time, and then drill holes with a percussion drill. After installing the electroplated angle steel, bury the electroplated expansion bolts at a distance of .
